The Strategy game: Sid Meier's Dinosaurs Review with Cheats, Codes and Sid Meier's Dinosaurs walthroughs.
Sid Meier's Dinosaurs Overview
After forming his own development house, Firaxis, with Jeff Briggs in 1996, Sid Meier gave his creativity free reign, producing the classics Alpha Centauri and Civilization III, and posting first notes on a fascinating new project: Dinosaurs. The Dino game first appeared in early 2000 in diary postings on the Firaxis site. Details were always sparse, and the basic game concept -- to raise a race of dinosaurs and see them thrive -- took various forms (once an RTS, and at another point, believe it or not, a trading card game) as Sid Meier and team struggled to find game play that fit. Sadly, despite the talent behind it, Dinosaurs never made it out of planning stages. In January 2001 the game was put on indefinite hold.
